Learning objectives

The aim of studying the course is for students to master all legal regulations governing the field of geodesy,
state survey, cadastre, registration of rights, expropriation of land, etc. Considering the general and state
importance of geodetic activity, students must be acquainted with the basic principles of the constitution - respect and
guarantee of private property, by arranging and organizing the state administration, considering that the geodetic administration is a part state administration, related laws in the field of planning and construction, and especially with the law on state survey and cadastre and all technical regulations related to geodesy.

Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course the student will be able to enumerate and briefly explain everything legal regulations governing the field of geodesy, state survey, cadastre, registration of rights, expropriation land, etc.

Teaching Methods

Classes are held through lectures during which students are introduced to the regulations in the field of geodesy.
Lectures are followed by exercises during which the student collects data for the preparation of a seminar paper.
