Learning objectives
Improving previous theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of real estate appraisal, with special emphasis on real estate appraisal methods, types of real estate being appraised, standardized appraisal reports, mass real estate appraisal.
Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to enumerate and describe the methods of real estate valuation and report on the determined value of real estate using appropriate valuation methods.

Teaching Methods
Classes are held through lectures during which students are introduced to the methods and procedures of real estate valuation. Lectures are followed by exercises during which the student collects data for the preparation of a seminar paper.
