The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the origin, development and organization of the European Union with an emphasis on its administrative capacities. After the conceptual determination and classification of the principles of the European administrative space, the subject will deal with the institutions of the European Union that shape the European administrative space (European Parliament, European Commission, European Court of Justice and Ombudsman of the European Union). The study will also include the Sigma institution and its principles of the European administrative space. The subject will also study the public services of the European Union, and the officials as a bypassing agent of administrative activity in the context of the implementation and operationalization of the European administrative space.
By studying this subject, students will get to know the institutional framework of the European Union in the field of public administration and gain a complete vision of the concept of the European administrative space, European policies, standards and principles in the domain of public administration, which will enable them to implement the European on the national administrative space.

The teaching will be conducted in the form of lectures, discussions on questions from the covered material and reading of assigned materials, as well as case analysis, debate and presentation of seminar papers.
