Mining Haulage

Mining Haulage is one of the most important stages in the exploitation and preparation of mineral raw materials. The biggest costs in the entire process of obtaining a useful substance are generated during transportation. The aim of this course is to train students to be able to manage the transport of mineral raw materials, to be able to maintain it and to improve it.

Practical application of methods and procedures for selection and dimensioning of transport systems. After the completion of this course, students are able to deal with the mentioned issues in economic, design and scientific-research organizations. Competencies are as follows. ability to analyze and synthesize; ability to plan and organize; ability to obtain and analyze information; detailed knowledge and understanding of the technological process of surface,; mastering the techniques of mine design with surface and underground exploitation, work organization, management and system management; mastering the skills of designing and constructing underground rooms, traffic and communal facilities, as well as special purpose facilities; sublimation of knowledge in the field of mining, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, as well as system sciences for the needs of mechanical maintenance, exploitation and design of mining machinery; knowledge of systemic approaches in solving specific problems; development and improvement of skills and dexterity in the use of knowledge from the exploitation of mineral raw materials in practice; the idea of economic use of natural resources, in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, is inherently woven into it

11-Truck transport- Management of truck transport on PK. The degree of conformity of the B-K system. Organization and transport costs
