Learning objectives

The main goal of studying this course is for students to acquire not only basic, but also broader theoretical and practical knowledge about the importance, content and specifics of certain special administrative procedures in the law of the Republic of Srpska, and in this way to be trained for work both in certain administrative and non-administrative areas of social life in which these procedures are applied.

Learning outcomes

By acquiring theoretical and practical knowledge from this subject, students will be able to perform appropriate administrative and legal tasks, primarily procedural tasks, in those areas of economic and social life where the rules of certain administrative procedures are primarily applied.

The concept, subject, content and structure of the administrative law branch in our legal system. General administrative law and special administrative law. The relationship between special administrative law and other branches of law. Sources of special administrative law in the Republic of Srpska. Concept, subject and content of special administrative law. Special administrative procedural law as part of special administrative law. Relationship between special procedures and general administrative procedure. Special administrative procedures in the field of internal affairs. Customs procedures. More columns. Exams are carried out in accordance with the Study Rules for the first and second cycle of studies.
